What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Familiarity with Figma (or willingness to learn it quickly).
  • Understanding the principles of good design (e.g., visual hierarchy, consistency, grids).
  • Creativity and attention to detail in graphic design.
  • Basic knowledge of user flow design and information architecture.
  • Openness to feedback and eagerness to grow.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Independence and excellent organization skills.
  • Passion for learning and expanding your knowledge in UX/UI.
  • Confidence in facing challenges (people, changes, clients, and work).
  • Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level) to easily communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Remote or hybrid work from offices in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, or Gliwice (on-site work required twice a week).

Nice-to-haves

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Joining us as Design Intern means:

  • Creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
  • Designing user interfaces (UI) aligned with best practices.
  • Fundamentals of building design systems.
  • Designing information architecture and user flows.
  • Conducting user research, including usability testing and desk research.
  • Analyzing data and using it for design decision-making.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including developers and product owners.
  • Documenting your work transparently and clearly for the team.
  • Face-to-face meetings with clients and the team (which are highly valuable for us). Regular business trips are standard at Boldare. With some partners we meet once a month, with others every six months. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings.
